Inspired by Walter Anderson’s adventurous spirit and his famous catboat journeys, The Catboat Room offers a luxurious and spacious retreat. This charming suite features a grand King Suite, a cozy living room, and a well-appointed kitchen, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Robinson House is located in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs, just across from Marshall Park. Park your car and easily walk to nearby restaurants, shops, Realizations, and more. With its inviting ambiance and connection to local art and history, The Catboat Room is the perfect base for your Ocean Springs adventure. Room is accessed from parking located in the back of Robinson House.
The Pelican’s perch room
Perched on the second story of the Robinson House, The Pelican’s Perch Room is inspired by the graceful pelicans often found in Walter Anderson's art. Accessible via a flight of stairs, this suite features a grand King Suite, two comfortable twin beds, and couch in the cozy living room, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for your group. Located in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs, right across from Marshall Park, this suite invites you to park your car and easily walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and Realizations, the gallery dedicated to Walter Anderson’s art. Whether you're on a family getaway or exploring the local culture with friends, The Pelican’s Perch Room combines comfort, convenience, and artistic inspiration. Door to access room is located on Robinson Street. Street parking available or parking lot located behind the Robinson House.

If you are looking to check in earlier than 4:00 PM, please let us know. We will do our very best to make arrangements for you!

Late check-outs can be requested and will be granted based on availability.

We secure your reservation with a credit card, and will process one night payment at time of booking. Remainder of payment due 72 hours before arrival.

Your authorized one night payment is non-refundable.
72 hours prior to check-in, the entire length of stay is collected and is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

In the case of special event dates, such as national holidays and festivals, an advanced payment of the total nights' stay plus tax is collected 30 DAYS prior to check-in.. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without charge.

A cleaning fee of $450 is applicable if any evidence of smoking inside is discovered upon check-out.

Pets are not allowed at The Robinson House. If you are looking for a pet friendly property, we suggest a stay at our sister property, The Inn.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Each adult over two guests will be charged an additional $25 per person per night (with the exception of children under 12). Most rooms have a two-person max, unless noted otherwise.

Street parking is available on Washington and Robinson Avenues.

We honor quiet hours between 9 PM - 9 AM. Any violations of the quiet enjoyment of other guest is subject to a fee based on the damages. Please note that our property is located near the Ocean Springs train tracks, so you will occasionally hear a train pass by.
